Ingredients
- 1lb asparagus (tough ends chopped off)
- 1 medium lemon (juiced and zested)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a baking dish; toss to coat. Roast for 30 minutes at 350F.
