You can use this honey yogurt frosting as an easy GAPS/SCD-legal frosting for cakes and cupcakes. You could even serve it on its own.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cups homemade yogurt (drained; measurement is of drained yogurt)
- 1/2 cup raw, local honey
- 2 teaspoons ground vanilla
Directions
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Spread on cooled cake.
